Operating as a tour agency or tour operator requires a license issued by the government of Estonia. We have experience in the application process of these licenses, and can help to make the whole process as fast and easy as possible.

The price includes application fee + official Estonian documentation for the application + licensing activities + contact with at least ten travel insurance carriers for the guarantee deposit.
We include the license application, all necessary paperwork and of course the application fee and notary fees to be paid in our service fee. This is a one-off payment.
We prepare all the required documentation, and translate it to Estonian to submit all the information to the Estonian authorities.
We manage the license application and the contact with the authorities to answer any petition or information request from them.
Insurance carrier contact
One of the requirements for the tour agent license is having a guarantee deposit for your customers. This deposit is usually granted by an insurance carrier. We work with many of these companies and will put you in touch with at least ten of them so you can choose the best one. The price of the guarantee deposit is not included in our service fee.
