As part of our services, subject to a monthly accounting plan subscription, we offer you a virtual office, including contact person and legal address for your company.
If you receive documents, letters or packages on behalf of your company, this contact person will be responsible for:
- Scan or photograph letters and documents and send them to you by email. This is free.
- Re-send packages that cannot be scanned, such as if a bank card arrives for your company. In this case, you will be charged the shipping costs of the post office only. We will let you know beforehand in case you need this package to be sent urgently to you.
